A private UK company, Ofcom, official censor of the British State has threatened American-based tech companies with fines and imprisonment if they don’t jump when the Pommie company tells them to.

Ofcom warned the Americans there are potentially 100,000 internet sites which it will censor and close down because they are within the scope of the UK Online Safety Act.

The Americans are laughing at the claims being made by the UK company and have called on the Federal Court to make a ruling that the UK has no authority over American websites.

Ofcom has sent threatening emails to X, Rumble, Redditt and chat sites Kiwi Farms, Gab and Fourchan but none responded sending the dopey Poms into a tizzy of more threats, massive fines, jail and demanding 10 per cent of their turnover.

It seems the UK official censor is unable to understand it cannot rule over the US Constitution’s First Amendment which gives Americans the right of free speech, which has been lost in the UK under the Marxist Starmer regime.

The mention of Pakistani rape gangs by US sites has tipped the woke Poms over the edge.

As Britain was declared a foreign country by the High Court of Australia, Sue-v-Hill (1999 HCA 30, 199 CLR 462), the Poms would be wasting their time with Australian sites or those registered in the US.
